SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic shipping to the United States and Canada

We ship to Canada and the United States. Urban Pot takes care of all customs formalities for you. You will never be asked to pay more than the amount indicated during checkout.

Pallet deliveries

All shipments are FOB origin unless otherwise noted.

Depending on the size of the order, we use carriers such as UPS, FedEx or LTL or Full truckload. Pallet deliveries are only made to the roadside or loading dock. Carriers do not unload the goods. VPlease make appropriate arrangements, such as additional labor or a forklift. Expedited shipping and white glove delivery options are available upon request.

The deliveriesresidential may incur additional charges. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to final sale.

Delivery inspection

  • When you receive your purchase, you will need to sign a delivery note.

  • Your signature certifies that the item(s) were received in good condition, without any damage. It is therefore essential to carefully inspect your shipment in the presence of the driver, in order to spot any visible damage.

  • Please examine the exterior of the package carefully. If signs of rough handling are present or if an item appears to be punctured, crushed, dented, torn or wet, please note this condition on the delivery receipt before signing for it.

  • If the product is visibly damaged beyond what can be easily repaired, REFUSE DELIVERY. The item will be returned to us for possible recovery.

  • If you suspect damage and the driver refuses to wait while you inspect the contents in more detail, please write on the delivery note: "Damage suspected. The driver refuses to wait for detailed inspection. Full inspection will be carried out by the recipient after delivery."

  • If the product has no visible damage upon initial inspection, but damage is discovered upon re-examination, STOP AND CALL THE CARRIER. Request an immediate inspection and follow their instructions. Do not continue unpacking and keep all original packaging materials.

  • It is the customers' responsibility to correctly describe all damages on the delivery note.

  • By signing the delivery note without reporting damage, any damage subsequently reported will be the responsibility of the customer and not Urban Pot.
