Our turnaround time on receipt of a 50% deposit varies significantly throughout the year.

When you call to place your order, we can tell you what the current turnaround time is. If you already know what color and textured finish you want, you can tell us at this time. Finish color does not need to be selected at time of order.

 

We will then obtain an exact freight quote for the postal code your order is being shipped to. Upon receipt of this information, we will provide you with a pro forma invoice showing all costs including freight, crating and required deposit.

 

Your place in the production chain is determined solely by your choice of planter or urn and our receipt of the deposit.
